Vehicle Detail
1969 AMX Street rod, fast 7.5 in eight running on gas no nos or VHT, I have owned it about 13 years and drove it less than 2500 miles, time to sell. Strong PRO built (Steve's Speed Shop in Little Rock) 500+ hp 401 cu. in.,800 Holley on alum manifold, MSD complete ignition system (over $600), T-10 4-speed trans with Hayes 10" Racing clutch, in-line duel gate Hurst shifter with brake line lock for super burn outs also a Lakewood blow proof scatter sheild (over$500), drive shaft loop and 4:44 posi. rear gears with factory traction bar system NO WHEEL HOPE EVER, EVEN WITH 10" HOOSIER SLICKS!!! Only option is the ft. power disc brakes. It has a light weight reinforced glass hood, glass fenders & ft. bumper, Moroso 90/10 3 way ajustable ft. shocks, air shocks on rear, 3/8 fuel line with Holley Blue Max elec.pump with inline filters, alum. radiator with matching overflow tank along with duel fans, 3" Flow Masters muffs with full 3" pipes with quick pin disconnect (for fast & easy on-off) mounted behind Hooker ceramic coated headers, Weld wheels 6" ft.with like new P195/70R15 Goodyear Eagle GT-+4 & 8" rears with new P265/50R15 Hercules (needs at least M&H RaceMaster street slicks)all mounted on extended racing studs, battery in trunk with external shutoff switch on lower rear pan. One of a kind custom paint, 2 colors of chromeillusion over pearl white( over $2000 in paint material alone). Custom inter.with relocated door handles, alum. dash and door panels, Huskey spray-on red bedliner (floor, back deck, headliner and trunk after rollcage was welded in) 8 point roll cage with swing out arms & removeable steering wheel for easy in and out, Harwood racing seats with covers and RJS racing seat belts, custom tinted glass with the racing stripe running through the ft & back glass, 10 grand Autometer ajustable tack with shift lght, Autometer fuel pressure guage mounted on cowl panel. Over $20,000 invest and would cost over $25,000 to build today. All this on a rust free southern car, NO SALT USED on the roads down here. Cars life has been in Arkansas & TN. It is street legal,( lights, wipers ect.) needs horn (and new owner), but I do not consider it a daily driver at about 8 miles to the gal and the price of prem. gas. Paint is over 9 years old has normal chips scratches ect.. Now the bad part. Last time I drove it I ran off the road but missed the deer. I didn't miss the fence post. Damage to left fender (repairable), left rocker and scratched the hood. This was over 3 yrs ago & I just never got around to having it repaired. If you have never drove a fast car do not buy this one. You will die or kill someone else. CHECK THE PICS FOR THE DAMGE!!! What you see is what you get (NO EXTRA PARTS). PLEASE NO TIRE KICKERS, NO MONEY IN MY HAND U NO DRIVE MY CAR!!!On Apr-18-13 at 08:15:47 PDT, seller added the following information: Vin from title A9M397X152113 Dash was missing when i bought the car along with the dash vin# door tag # R010576 6939-7 931F 80A E025266 If anyone needs more pics let me know. johnamx@suddenlink.net
