1971 Ford Mustang Mach 1 vin# 1F05M127894 351 4-V, M code ,9" posi 325 , C-6 Auto PS ,PDB, AC, DSO 71 Sold new from La Puente California . This Mach 1 was purchased out of SO.CAL in 2002 and garage kept since. Never seen snow/salt. For the most part this is an absolute rock solid body/ undercarriage. Paint color was originally grabber green and probably repainted blue approx. 20 yrs. ago .There are no signs of body repair or collision damage,there is slight rust through on the very bottom of drivers quarter panel behind wheel,also the trunk seal leaked onto tail lamp panel it will need repaired or replaced. [common on 71-73] .I have pulled seal in picture to view. The current paint job has flaked in a few places and would need resprayed to be perfect. Car still had original factory exhaust system when purchased ,have since added new dual exhaust, complete fomoco ram air system, shocks, rear leaf springs. Interior is in good shape no rips in seats,door panels,headliner, back seat has rip on center hump seam. I have approx.13000. in performance parts etc.that go with car as pkg. deal , they are new in boxes or off of a o mile project car. Currently on car 15X7 15X8 magnum 500 235-60-15 /275-60-15 RPM Air-gap alum. intake /750 Mighty Demon carb. /MSD BILLET dist.,6AL-2 IGN. box 8.5 mm wires,coil. Air-ride tech.front billet Air-wave shocks manually adj.[no cutting] Not on car :Drive Train Speciallist[DTS] complete aftermarket 9" housing with 411 detroit locker,31 spline Strange axles,Wilwood disc brake system[front and rear]. Wilwood alum.resevior .Global West upper control arms /high torque mini starter. /Hooker super comp 2"x3 1/2"ceramic coated headers. /Griffin alum. radiator/ Milidon 9 qt.low profile oil pan,pick-up,hv. oil pump. Noisy gear drive .COMP CAMS Mother Thumper hyd.roller cam,roller lifters 235-249/567-552 /Scorpion ped. mount roller rockers /Rebuilt aod overdrive trans.w/deep alum pan[can not verify working condition] / TCI AOD SUPER STREET FIGHTER10"convertor w/lock-up,linkage cable /AC condensor,dryer,receiver,expansion valve. Currently motor in car starts, idles,revs but bogs in gear. Has goood oil pressure, cyl. pressure,does not smoke, Cam could be worn? I am selling car as-is. Odometer shows 72 xxx miles can not verify orig. Overall this Mach 1 is 98% rust free and the body,trunk, and undercarrage show how solid the car is and have not been "sugar-coated" with body work or undercoating.
