1964 Ford Fairlane for sale. I bought this car at least 10 yrs ago and started to turn into drag car. It has been sitting in the barn for at least the last 9 years. The body is fair and unrestored but definately savable. Someone has welded metal in the quarters and used filler, they would need work to make perfect. Passenger side fender is in barn and is in as good of shape as rest of car, it's just not on in the pictures. Glass is good except windshield. Has all trim and not all bent up. Has most of the interior but is not in good shape. The modifications that have been made include, a rack and pinion crossmember kit with mustang ll suspension, narrowed rear frame (it's been back halfed) narrowed Dana 60 rearend with 35 spline Strange axles and spool. Has ladder bar and coil over setup. Aluminum wheel tubs installed. 4 point roll cage ( the bars that go from the loop to the front were never put in, in case it was going to be a street rod). I have some parts that I bought when I first got the car and are still in original boxes but are now 10 years old, like hooker long tube headers for a 460 BB made to fit this car with this setup, small fuel cell, Holley blue fuel pump, Hurtst shifter ( it's for a powerglide), rebuildable chevy powerglide transmission, Autometer guages, electric water pump drive kit for a 351C or 460BB, 5 point harness ( obviously expired but in new shape anyways). I have perfectly clean title in hand, so not problem putting it on the street. I'm not real experienced with ebay, so forgive me if I seem like a novice because I am. I would like for a $500 deposit to be payed by Paypal within 24 hours of end of auction. The rest can be paid in person when car is picked up. The car will be local pickup only, I'm not going to do any shipping where I have to take it somewhere. I will assist someone with loading on an appropriate trailer for hauling cars.
