For Bid: 1998 Honda Recon 250cc - I am the orginal owner and the ATV has always been stored in a garage. I recently moved to an area / neighborhood with nowhere to ride. I am in my 60's and I am reluctantly selling my toy. The ATV has just been driven up and down my street for the past two years while I struggled with the idea of selling it. It runs great but needs an idle adjustment ( I think from limited use) - the ATV is in very good condition. There is no damage, there are no cracks to the plastic just a few scratches (look at the pictures). Electric start, with a new battery... the old one would not hold a charge. Brakes, transmission, lights all work and are in good condition. I have the original Bill of Sale from the Honda dealer, the pre-delivery checklist and the Owner's Identification Card. Engine Specifications: Utility 2 wheel drive, 250cc, 1 cylinder 4 stroke engine, Five speed semi-automatic with reverse, Shaft drive, Front and rear drum brakes, This vehicle has never been driven in water or mud, never used for towing or pulling. The ATV is in good running order - there is no warranty - bidder is welcome to test drive the vehicle. The buyer is responsible for pick-up in Frederick, MD or buyer can make all arrangements for shipping - ATV listed weight is 400 lbs. I will assist as I can and make the vehicle available for a shipper to pick up at my residence. PLEASE DO NOT BID IF YOU ARE NOT GOING THROUGH WITH THE TRANSACTION.
