Terms of Sale: A deposit of $500, non-refundable deposit, is due immediately after the auction ends to secure the vehicle-via PayPal accservman@gmail.com the remaining balance must be paid within 7 days of auction end, via Cashier’s Check, Certified Check, or Cash-In-Hand. (NOTE TO BUYERS): due to scams and check fraud, if you are paying by Cashier’s Check or Certified Check, we hold the vehicle title until check has cleared). After auction end, I will contact you the following morning to arrange pickup and payment of the vehicle, Communication is key to completing all transactions. You must communicate with us in a timely manner in order to complete the transaction. As the buyer, it is your responsibility to arrange for transportation and schedule a pickup time for the vehicle within 2 weeks (14 Days) after auction end. We will store the vehicle for a total of 2 weeks (14 days) after auction end free of charge, however, vehicles not picked up within that time frame will be charged a storage fee of $30 per day after the 2 week (14day) limit has ended, and all storage fees must be paid in full prior to vehicle pickup, or we will not release the vehicle. NO EXCEPTIONS. I am about 50 minutes away from Bradley International Airport in Hartford, CT. If you are flying in, we can arrange to pick you up for a fee of $90; pickup from the local bus or train station is free. You must contact us and advise us if you need to be picked up, so we can arrange for someone to bring you to our location. No Communication, no ride and we will not reimburse you for your travel expenses. If you are local, or a Connecticut Resident, please stop by to inspect the car in person and test drive it as well. If you want to have the vehicle inspected by a third party, all inspections must be done at our location. NO EXCEPTIONS. Due to age and miles, the vehicle is sold “as-is”, no warranty expressed or implied. Even though this is a new car for you, this is still a used vehicle, and may require some reconditioning to meet a buyers specific personal standards.
