The 1979 Volkswagen Beetle convertible is a classic two-door convertible that belongs to the famous line of Beetle economy cars. Designed by Dr. Ferdinand Porsche in the 1930s, the Beetle became the embodiment of post-war prosperity in Europe and America. The 1979 model was the last year that the Classic Beetle was sold in the USA. BEAUTIFUL, red convertible VW Beetle! The miles on this car title are recorded as ACTUAL 25,000 MILES!!! This car is in great shape, we purchased it out of a private collection. The gray cloth interior is immaculate. The top is in great shape as well. The car runs and drives great. The gas gauge seems to be the only thing not working in the car, everything else appears to work good. There is no radio installed.
