Just over 4,500 miles have been logged on this award-winning classic Tri-Five Chevy. We recently set up a booth at Dallas Autorama where it won best in class. Chevrolet's light duty panel delivery was based on the two-door Chevy Sedan. 1955 was a banner year for Chevrolet with a complete re-design. This example displays a clean re-finished exterior with straight and polished body panels throughout. It features modern mechanicals while retaining the classic design cues. The brightwork has been polished throughout. The front and rear bumpers have been re-chromed. Polished Torque Thrust wheels ride this Delivery Wagon the perfect stance. The finish has been professionally polished and detailed. The paint is in very good to excellent condition throughout. The dash brightwork has been replaced. along with the gauges, steering column, and steering wheel. Under-dash air conditioning has been installed as well in a low-profile system operated by the factory ventilation controls. The interior features custom leather seat upholstery along with a fully restored and detailed dash. Classic Instrument gauges are in place along with a polished tilt steering column. Under the hood is the clean and reliable Chevrolet 350 c.i. 4bbl. V8. The engine compartment is clean and detailed, complete with a serpentine belt system, aluminum intake, 4bbl. carburetor, and more. Cooling duties are taken care of with a polished aluminum radiator and billet overflow tank. The custom dual exhaust system sounds excellent. Be sure to play our video. The rear has been fully restored with custom upholstery to match the driver/passenger compartment. Chevrolet bowties are stitched in vinyl along each side along with restored and painted trim.
