1966 U15 -8 cylinder 289 engine with standard 3spd This Bronco is a number matching, first year bronco and started life as a Sahara Beige Wagon. It is now mostly original with some upgrades (wheels/rims and seats) The original 289 engine starts and runs but may need a valve/head job soon. The transmission goes in and out of gear easily and is the original 3 on the tree. Front seats are in Great shape but not original no rips or tears. Tires are GOODYEAR and tread is about 40%. Top is original and in excellent shape with a sunroof. Brand New Battery. Auction includes an extra hood. This Bronco is very solid, not perfect, with dents, dings, bondo, and rust (see pictures) (Not to bad for a 47 year old truck) Over all this is a very solid early bronco. This bronco runs and drives and could be a great candidate for a restoration, rebuild project, or continue to be used as is.
