I have for sale my 1969 Dodge Charger RT project car. This is a very rare car and an exceptionally solid one. The car was originally equipped with the 440 Magnum engine and a HD 727 Transmission. The original drivetrain is gone, but the car does have a non-running big block 400 cu. in. motor and automatic transmission in it. The car was originally green with green interior and it had the electric windows option which is a pretty rare one. The grille in this car is just about as nice a ’69 grille as you will find. As compared to most Chargers, this car has very little rust. As you can see from the pics, the floor pans are immaculate without even a pinhole of rust! The same is true of the frame rails. They are completely free of rust. However, the trunk does have rust and will need to be replaced. In addition, the car is largely complete though the interior has been disassembled. The only component worthy of mention that I have noted as not being present is the console. The gentleman I bought it from, who had done the disassembly, was very meticulous and most all the parts are labeled as well as diagramed in a notebook that will come with the car making it easy for even a novice to reassemble this car. This is the kind of R/T project car that doesn’t come along often. As restorations go, this solid starting point will make for a relatively easy one. This car has a clear Oklahoma title in my name. The successful bidder is required to send a $500 nonrefundable deposit within 12 hours of the end of auction via PayPal (other methods may be discussed and agreed upon prior to bidding!). If you are not able or willing to meet these criteria, do not bid until you have discussed options with me. So, please ask all your questions prior to bidding. The balance of the auction is due in full within 7 days of the end of auction. I prefer PayPal (for the deposit) and a postal money order, certified bank check, or cashier’s check for the balance. All funds must clear the bank prior to release of the car. I would like the car picked up within 30 days of the end of the auction. The buyer is solely responsible for arranging the pickup of the car.
