This is a 2008 Chevy Malibu LS with a NEW JERSEY SALVAGE TITLE "F" FLOOD. The mileage on the actual title reads low mileage of 38K. This was a heavy flood. We did drain the motor & it does turn. There is no oil in the transmission. More than likely you will need a "ECM" & you will need to go thoroughly through the electrical. The interior is a grey cloth in is in good condition with no cuts or tears. The back seat needs to be cleaned up a little. The body of this vehicle is good condition & tires are good all around. We did put a charger directly to the started & the engine did turn. This was a heavy flood, I would assume that some computers if not all need to be changed. Nothing lights up.
