A Texas vehicle with restoration a few years ago (3-5)... I estimate with low miles since.... It has nice paint and re-furbished interior. The tires are almost new ... Still very stock in overall presentation, it looks very presentable but is not a top notch restoration ( older restoration), with some age and time put on it. These were hard times, in contrast to 1,261,053 A's produced in in 1930, only 626,579 were produced in '31, less than half..... The 30-31 Model A trucks were true workhorses. The steel bed sides are highlighted with wood railing. Produced in nearly every conceivable designation, the Model A enjoyed a great reputation with many improvements of the Henry Ford's T-Models. The brakes were 4-wheel mechanical. The driver now had easier to use controls, including a conventional clutch. The engine now produced 40 to 50 horsepower. Of course, the design is much more attractive. The 1930-31 Model A's featured this polished stainless surround encasing the radiator as well as headlight housings. The swing-out windshield operates as it should. This is the 6-volt charging system it was born with. *Note the mounted drivers's side spare secured in place. The engine compartment displays the correct L head 4 cylinder engine. Close inspection of the engine compartment will reveal good solid components throughout. The louvered engine side cowls raise and lower easily. The firewall displays very well with the Ford patent plate in place. The cowl welting is in place.The undercarriage displays solid flooring and framework throughout. The rear end and engine underside looks to be in good condition, inside of the bed is in good condition.... *aside from some small dings from use over the years..... Hello and "thank you" for viewing our 1931 Ford Model "A" Pick-up !!

A Texas vehicle restored a few years ago (3-5)... I estimate with low miles since.... It has nice paint and re-furbished interior. The tires are almost new ... Still very stock in overall presentation, it looks almost as it did when leaving the factory, with some age and easy time put on it.

These were hard times, in contrast to 1,261,053 A's produced in in 1930, only 626,579 were produced in '31, less than half.....

The 30-31 Model A trucks were true workhorses. This example features a newer wood & steel bed. The steel bed sides are highlighted with wood railing. This truck has withstood the test of time. The body is steel throughout.
