It was used by the City of Ashland. You are buying this vehicle AS IS, No Warranty No Guarantee Currently, at the time of pictures, this would try to start on its own, but would not It did crank over easily with a battery jump (meaning the engine is not seized). This Van was driven to the spot where we took pictures when they retired it about 6-9 months ago, but they are not sure why it won't start. Not sure if out of gas, clogged fuel line, bad fuel pump, etc). Based on the mechanics for the city, it was noted that the Heater Core is out/gone, tires are no good for driving and there are some rust holes in the floor. That is all we currently know is wrong with this, but we have no way to check it out further. The Blower for the heater is on the floor between the seats. The is also some metal door damage on the side door (left), but it opens and closes fine. GENERAL STATEMENT: This vehicle may have some dings/dents/scratches and normal wear & tear. We also noticed some rust spots throughout and we have tried to picture all that we could see. A good going over and general maintenance would be recommended before using on a permanent basis. However, this vehicle has been maintained by the City while it was used until the city stopped using it. In our opinion, you should have a descent vehicle once the above items are fixed and general maintenance is done.
