It received an Extraordinary amount of chrome and attention to Flash... The Front was giving a formed 'Washboard' louver design on the hood. The Rear was dolled up with Chrome spears or 'Irons' running the full Length of the trunk. More accents were added along the sides wrapping Side Coves. This was the 1st year for the 4 head light Corvette. The Interior is also unique for this year only to have pebble grain appearances, as was the two pc door panels. Out of 9,148 Corvettes produced, 2,006 were graced with the Silver-Blue exterior paint. Around 1/3 of those received 'code 440', giving the vehicle a 2-tone contrasting cove paint order. This '58 has been restored with Urethane BC/CC paint job.
