Up for sale is my 1988 BMW M5. I bought the car last year from a retiring serviceman with the intention on using it for parts. The numbers on these cars are getting thing so I now believe it is worth saving. That being said, there isn't much that this car DOESN"T need. It is definitely a project car. Showing 286,xxx miles and the odometer doesn't work so who knows. It is actually a running and driving car but I would drive it far due to a cracked pedal box. Front seats have been replaced with black power sport seats that I assume are out of an E24. Goes through all the gears with now grinding and actually handles pretty well. I did a compression test last summer and all cylinders were right around 150 psi give or take 10 psi. Everything is there except the ashtray but it definitely needs work. Ashtray went to my "one" owner car that I will be listing shortly. Any and all questions will be answered. Thanks for looking and check out my other auctions!
