This BMW was in an accident in October, insurance deemed it a loss. It runs and drives just needs a hood, passenger side headlight, driverside airbag,( passenger side airbag was turned off prior to accident) & needs a new fan, has only 101,000 miles on it. I have a WA state loss/release of interest that is notarized, and will need to be inspected by state patrol prior to licensing. Title was surrendered to ins company, I have a document from the wa d.o.l explaining the steps for re-licensing vehicle. Vehicle will need to be towed for safety reasons. I have owned this car for two years and have had no problems, all maintence was well kept and she was fun to drive. Other options she has are pwr doors, windows,mirrors and seats, tilt steering, cruise control, heated front seats, sunroof,pwr sunshade in rear window, tinted windows, stereo/cd player, ac, interior in good condition with normal wear & tear. smoke free environment while I owned it. I just don't have the time to put into her. There will be no shipping as this is pickup only, will not deliver. Buyer must make own arrangements. After payment has been made 72 hours after bidding ends, will hold for 1 week with no additional charge, after the week there will be a $35 daily charge for storage. If car is not picked up within 14 days of end of bidding vehicle automatically forfeits back to seller with no refund of auction bid.
