1977 Pontiac Trans Am, Brentwood Brown with Buckskin interior, 403ci automatic. Original 114k mile car, still has factory exhaust with original pellet catalytic converter. Runs and drives but has been in storage last 7+ years. A beautifully preserved TA that will need to be restored. A very clean body and virtually rust free body with nothing hidden. A small amount of rust noted on leading edge of hood and on front passenger side floorboard. Please look at pictures closely. The radio has been removed and is not included in this auction. The fan/vent control unit has been removed from dash and will be included. All A/C components and ducting are still intact. I'm happy to answer any questions thru Ebay. PHS documentation packet and new rear seat covers included. Clean CA title, last registered in 2007. On Feb-18-13 at 16:17:59 PST, seller added the following information: Please note: I have put the Trans am on a lift to double check it's a numbers matching car. The engine and differential are definitely original with the partial Vin stamped into the machined pad on engine block. The differential appears to be a PS code 2.41 Ratio Safe-T-Track. Upon further inspection I cannot 100% confirm the transmission is original. The stamped numbers are very difficult to decifer. With that said, please assume the transmission has been replaced at some point in the past. Thank You
