NO RESERVE AUCTION Hi, Your looking at a 2001 VW JETTA GLS......145,215 miles, Black exterior with Tan Plush interior, Automatic, Power windows, locks, moonroof, Cruise Control, COLD AC, JVC...Am-Fm CD Player (NEW). It has a Brand New alternator, AC Condensor, 4 fairly new Tires. It also comes with 2 tone seat and headrest covers. The outside of the Jetta is presentable with scratches here and there, some paint is missing off the front of the hood, front bumper cover is a-little loose. The interior needs a cleaning has the common items of VW broken...glove box, arm rest, driverside visor, etc. The Jetta needs work. The Mrs. bought it back in January of 2007 when it had 57,800 miles on it. She drove it for the 6yrs and it been a Very good / reliable vehicle for her up until a couple of weeks ago it started missing / running rough. She had been tossing the idea around of getting a new car before the holidays came but held off. She / we decided not to have it fixed and to go forward with purchasing another vehicle. Not quite sure what the problem is....if its a spark plug or a wire, coil ?. It still starts and drives. When you give it the gas it revs up fine but when it comes back down to an idle, you can tell it's missing or something. Trans shifts through all the gears with no slippage when driving. Could be an easy inexpesive fix or could be not.
