1979 AMC Pacer Limited A very rare low production Pacer Limited. If anybody out there in AMC land has information on how many 1979 Pacer Limited's were manufactured please let me know. I was told a few hundred? Amazing original condition with 65k miles and factory two-tone paint. Runs and drives beautifully, 258ci 6cyl with automatic transmission, new tires, ice cold A/C, Tilt wheel, leather interior, AM/FM stereo with 8-Track player, power windows and door locks. The Pacer has a few issues that are not uncommon with a 34yr old car, such as passenger side interior door handle broken, right front wheel has missing center cap, the radio volume control is erratic, bottom corner of windshield has small crack approximately 7" in length and there are a few small impression/waxing dents visible on the roof. The Pacer has a clean CA title and is currently registered non-op with the DMV. A super clean and original car that runs as good as it looks.
