I have owned this W-250 LE for 22 years. It has been a Nevada truck since new. It has been a remarkably reliable vehicle. The Cummins Diesel runs strong and the automatic transmission shifts as it should. There are no problems with the 4-wheel drive components. This truck was ordered with the 8510 G.V.W. package which includes one-ton rear springs. It rides firmly with very stable cornering. Other factory options include air conditioning, power windows, power door locks, upgraded AM/FM radio with cassette and clock, deluxe windshield wipers and a variety of other upgrades as part of the LE package.I have added the locking aluminum camper shell, spray-on bed liner, diamond plate steps for driver and passenger and a U-Haul class IV hitch with electric brake control.As you can see from the photos, the truck is in beautiful condition. The body has no rust as would be expected in this dry climate. The seat has been covered for the past 22 years - until today. Seat upholstery is like new and there are no saggy springs. Carpeting is also like new - even the ram carpet pads show minimal wear. The truck had a new paint job about 10 years ago after a fender-bender which resulted in replacement of the rear bumper and left rear quarter panel. The accident did not affect unning of the truck. Tires have less than 10,000 miles, a new battery was installed in 2011 and oil was last changed in January of this year.The following problems could use attention: The windshield washer circuit does not work (wipers do work) The circuit that turns the air conditioner on is unreliable (the air conditioner itself blows cold) The wiring to the trailer hitch needs repair. Although the truck stops straight and with firm pedal, there is some pulsation in the front brakes. Last brake job was at about 90,000 miles. The spare tire was never used and looks good but should be replaced due to age.The following minor body items should be noted: The camper shell has a number of small dents and the plexiglass side windows have some cracks. There is a small dent in the stainless trim around the right rear wheel (see photo). One wheel cover has some denting. The hard plastic seat belt retainers have some breakage as is typical for a vehicle of this age. Seat belt use is not affected. There is some damage to the chromed plastic housings of the outside mirrors. Glass is OK.Sale will include the original window sticker and owner's manual. I recommend complete lubrication and changes of all fluids before any heavy or regular use.
