STARTING BID $0.01…..NO RESERVE AUCTION, FINAL BIDDER OWNS IT!!!! This is my 2003 Honda RC51 Track bike. This bike is by far one of the best bikes Honda has ever created. If you have never ridden a V twin Superbike then the only way I can describe it is instant smile factor. Inline fours are fast on the top and can be a little peppy but nothing can prepare you for the raw torque and fun that comes with any V twin Superbike. I bought this bike last fall to run on the track this year but found out baby #2 is on the way so it’s got to go. The gentleman I bought from had the suspension setup for a 230-250 lb. rider so the springs are a little much for me. I do have the OEM springs for the front suspension if you wanted to swap those out. I also have a set of bodywork for street use. The bodywork is rough as you can see in the pic.s but it’s free with the bike. The front cowl comes with the headlights which have HID lights in them. I do have any bolts for these so if you want to use them you will have to get a bolt kit or run down to your hardware store. This is an awesome bike that is ready to go. It comes with a clean and clear SC title. With a clean title you won’t have any issues getting it registered or insured if you wanted to put it back on the road. The title does list the mileage as not actual mileage but it is clear not salvaged. The fiberglass bodywork is in good shape considering its race bodywork. The paint is shaker can so not the best but it’s a track bike so who really cares. The tank has dents, and there is some rash on the exhaust and swingarm from past crashes which can been seen in the pictures so take a look and ask questions. The right hand swingarm spool is broken. Tires need to be changed but I do not install new tires on track bikes b/c if you’re a Dunlop guy you have no use for Pirelli’s. **I will be in Charlotte, NC on February 24th for the International Motorcycle Show. I can deliver to the convention center free of charge for the time that I’m there at the show. The bike is used and is sold "As Is, Where Is” with no warranties written or implied. The winning bidder is required to leave a $200 deposit within 48 hours of the end of the auction. Please contact me to arrange otherwise or if there are issues with this. The remaining deposit will be cash in person or a cashier’s check. If paying with a cashier’s check then I will not release the bike or the title until 7 business days from receipt of the check. SHIPPING:Shipping is the sole responsibility of the buyer. I can offer shipping advice or deliver at a reasonable distance at a rate of $0.45/mile round trip. This has to be agreed upon and arranged prior to the end of the auction. My ability to deliver is up to my discretion and will be on my timeframe I reserve the right to end the auction early as this is for sale locally as well as other sites. I also know a guy that I have used in the past for shipping. He’s extremely reasonable on his cost and timeframe. He doesn’t deliver everywhere so you will need to contact him prior to bidding. I do have a clean and clear title, Two keys, NO owner’s manual or tool kit. **The black Vortex rear Stand is NOT included.
