I purchased this classic Coupe Deville over a year ago with plans to restore her. Sadly I have realized I simply do not have the time. Prior to my ownership the car had been in the same family since new. The 85 year old gentleman I bought it from assured me the paint was original. The entire car appears to be a great survivor. There is very little surface rust. I drove the car to the storage lot I am keeping it at with no problems. I have not started it since but I am confident it would run fine. The front seat needs some upholstery work and it needs paint. It would be a very easy refurbish as a driver or a great candidate for a complete restoration. According to NADA guides the low retail on the car is $7,008. I am only seeking half of that to recoup my original investment.
