This is a 1955 Packard Patrician that was purchased new by my uncle in 1955. here in the Los Angeles area. I am cleaning out the back garage and we decided that it was time to let this car go to someone who will appreciate it for what it is. My Aunt and Uncle drove this car until about 1965 at which time it went into storage until now. As you can see from the pictures the car has been taken care of but as you can also see it is an original car. The engine was detailed a few years ago and I have put new tires on in 2012 and they have less than 10-miles on them and I also installed a new battery this year 2013. The car runs and I start it regularly to keep things working as they should. The car has approximately 114,000 original miles on it which relatively low mileage for a car of this age. Please ask any question before bidding and thank you for looking. On Feb-02-13 at 19:17:53 PST, seller added the following information: The torsion leveling system works as do most of the gauges with the exception of the gas gauge which does not work. Two of the power windows choose to work part time. The driver’s side wing window has a crack but still solid. The car starts fine but runs rough and the tranny has a small leak. The body is straight and has no rust that I can see. On Feb-04-13 at 15:20:07 PST, seller added the following information: I have had several question regarding any existing body damage. There is no body damage to the car that I can see.
