A 1968 Corvair Convertible with automatic trans, 110 hp., 77,100 mi. This car has been off the road and in storage for a long time. It starts up nicely, the motor sounds good, mufflers are quiet, trans seems to work fine, brakes work but are stiff- need redone. The emergency brake works. There are no obvious leaks. The body is basically solid, but needs lots of work. There has been some body work done years ago. It has had new rockers welded in, but they need finishing. Doors shut fine. Floors are pretty sound, with some patching. Needs new top(I had a new white top for it, but haven't found it yet. If I can find it I'll add a note.). The carpet was new, but will need cleaned from sitting. Spare parts included. Car is fairly complete, except I can't find the front bumper. This car can not be driven anywhere. It moves around O.K., but buyer will have to arrange for shipment. Look closely, and bid ONLY if you can handle a restoration project.
