Up for auction is a very special 560 SL. Produced in the final year of the long 107 body style run, this car has traveled only 91,000+ miles since new, 23 years ago,It was originally purchased and used new in New York, then brought to California in the 90's, where it has been ever since. This is a ZERO rust car, as evidenced by the exterior and undercarriage photos. The car has clean carfax. No negatives what so ever. Although not pictured here,it does have both tops. The hardtop is in fine condition,with the paint quality meeting that of the body. The paint is original and has held up well. The pinstriping is flawless.The factory rims are in fine shape with no curb rash. 2 new front tires. The lenses are all bright and clear with no cloudiness and appear almost new. Good chrome.The original convertible top,finished in black,is in very good shape. The interior is also in above average shape with excellent dash, door panels and carpets. The leather seats do show some wear on the seat bottoms but almost none on the seat backs. Still very firm as well. everything on this car works. Power antenna has been replaced. Upgraded Alpine in dash CD player sounds very nice! This car has great oil pressure, stop on a dime brakes and smooth idling. I am also including a 14kt gold key, ready to be cut tot his car.
