Vehicles may be viewed and picked up between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. (mountain standard time), Monday through Friday, excluding holidays and the third Thursday of each month, which is surplus auction day. AWARD: CAS will send the winning bidder a Notice of Award through eBay, within one working day of bid closing. For bids not meeting reserve, a second chance offer may be sent in the same timeframe. Successful bidders must contact CAS WITHIN THREE DAYS of receipt of the winning bid notice to schedule pick up as well as to provide title information. Failure to make contact within this period will result in the loss of the winning bid and particpation in future CAS auctions. No pick ups will be scheduled on the third Thursday of the month.
