THANK YOU******************************************************** 1989 Pontiac Trans Am Indy Pace Car with only 478 ORIGINAL MILES! This is quite possibly the lowest mile Turbo Trans Am in existance! This is car number 242 and was sold new in Indianapolis and has been there since! Anyone who is serious about this car already knows the pedigree of these cars, so I will spare that part and just give you details. This car looks new, smells new, is almost new! The original "pizza box" with the Pace Car decals and all the appropriate paperwork is in there. I have a copy of the original MSO! The front license plate bracket is still in the original packaging from GM. The Ttop bags have never been unsnapped from their correct spot. The VIP delivery forms are still in their original SEALED package. The fuse that is to be dealer installed so the underhood light comes on is UNOPENED! In the center console is the original cassette holder that always got thrown away...this car has it! The hood and hatch gas struts work and hold them up as they should, and yes the power hatch pulldown works as well. The rear spoiler does NOT have any cracks, nor does the front nose piece! The TTops are glass, not Lexan. The wheels are in great shape and they still wear the original tires since new. All of the labels, tags, ID tags, part number tags, etc are still IN TACT underneath the car! This car has ALWAYS been in climate controlled storage, we only pulled it outside for pictures. The only flaw I have found on the car is a small chip on the pass. side headlight door that had been touched up. Thats it....This is your chance to get a once in a lifetime car. If it does not sell here, I have spoken to and it WILL be going to either the Mecum or Barret Jackson in the spring.
