I have owned this E320 for 1.5 years and it is reliable, spacious, powerful and very comfortable. I have to sell this car ASAP as I am going back to Europe. + the 3.2 L 6 Cyl engine runs very smoothly and is known for its durability. Acceleration is very good for size & weight. + the overall ride quality is very comfortable + interior built quality is good, the wood panels are classy and in very good condition + the comfy seats are in very good condition + everything is sturdy (e.g. closing of doors) and well built - German engineering at its best + all the electronics work well + lots of space, the trunk with its 3rd seat row (retractable) comes handy + the equipment of that time is still up to date with dual airbags, A/C, Anti-lock brakes, sunroof, el. windows, etc. + the exhaust system and heating system just got repaired - signs of wear: E-classes of that time are known for rust, this one has it as well - the hood is scratched - slight damage on the front left wheel arch - cracks in the rear bumper on the right - suspension shows some wear. Brakes make some noise but work flawlessly. - reverse gear works, but must be handled carefully. - 3rd rear braking light lacks plastic cover Info: Car is located in Bloomfield Hills, MI
