* 1960 Impala Convertible Numbers Matching * 4 year resotration completed 4 years ago Stock drive train, engine (rebuilt,less than 3k miles ago) 3 speed trans and rearend. This was a frame off rebuild, added front disk brakes, power steering, HOTCHKIS Sway bar and Edelbrock 4bbl. I have the original carb and Radio also. New interior, top and and punp, All front chrome redone ,most moldings are original with a few dings. The car came from the east coast, I was told that it had been sitting for more than 20 years. It looked it when i recieved it.. It had a few oil service stickers on the door from a gas station in Coney Island.. The cas has won several awards at some local car shows .. the car looks and drives great, it always turns heads. I was told that the car had 69000 miles on it when I purchased it but there's no way of telling the actual miles. The oil sticker on the door says next services 69263 or Jan.. i triad to use as many of the original trim parts as posible so things are not perfect.. The pait has a few imperfection from the company that painted it and never color sanded them out, overall looks great Vin is 01867B180410 0= 1960 18= Impala V8 67= 2 door Convertable and production # Engine Code T 0412 CF T = Tonowanda assy. 0412 = manufature Date April 12 CF = 1960,283, 230HP, 4bbl , 3 speed I have lots of pictures before during and after restoration please call or e mail with any question.
