I'm selling this for my father. I will try and give as much info as I can. Up for bid is a 1997 Jeep Cherokee in need of some work. There seems to be something wrong with the charging system and the exhasut leaks. Also the guages die every once in awhile. Usually if you hit the dash they come back to life. The body is in pretty rough shape. There is a large patch of rust on the rear passenger side, the liftgate is dented (and won't stay up on its own), the front fender on the drivers side is beat up a bit and the clearcoat is peeling off the hood. No problems that I have know with the transmission or the transfer case and despite the milege the enging runs strong. It starts and runs but with the charging system not working properly I don't know that you want to drive it. If you have any other question I will do my best to answer them. If you win this item you will need to set up arrangements to pick it up and to transfer the title. Like I said, I'm selling this for my father (who doesn't use computers) so everything will have to be set up through me or we can exchange phone numbers once the auction closes. He is home most days so it basically comes down to when you can pick it up. We live in about halfway between Pittsburgh and Erie and about 45 minutes from Youngstown, OH.
