1981 Jeep Scrambler with 4.2 liter straight 6 engine, Automatic transmission, Dana 300 transfer case. It currently has a dead battery and will not start. Has not been cranked in over a year, so carbs and tank will need to be cleaned and probably some other things. The last time I had it running, the engine was smooth and the 4 wheel drive worked fine, but was tough to engage. It has a large crack in the frame (as pictured) and I parked it when I noticed this. I would recommend changing the fluids too. Body has a good amount of rust also. The previous owner also bondo'd many spots on the body. When I was driving this, I got compliments almost every time I took it somewhere. I also have a soft top and doors for it, but the top is missing at least one bar piece to hold it in place. I will include the top with the Jeep. Mileage shown on odometer is 53085, but I believe the motor has been rebuilt and do not not the accurate mileage. I have the title in hand.
