You are bidding on a 1964 3rd Edition Honda Dream (Serial Number CA78-1028xxx). This motorcycle was last licenced in 1978. It had a short circuit in the electrical circuit causing a fire which burned the wiring around the ignition coil and burned on side of the seat. The vehicle was stored in an old barn from they until a few months ago when I purchased it at an estate auction. The engine has good compression and the clutch and transmission all seem to be mechanical sound. I am also including a 1963 CA72, Serial Number CA72-311xxx, Honda Dream 250 cc. for parts. The CA72 has a good frame and the ignition system is complete which will provide necessary parts to get the CA 78 running. The CA72 has a complete engine and transmission with electrical starter but appears to have a cracked ring. You will need to pick these motorcycles up at my residence or arrange for shipping following payment. I had planned to complete this restoration myself put due to time restraints with my job, I need to pass it to someone who has more time. Good luck in your bidding and thanks for looking.
