Vehicle Detail
Hi, auctioning a atc90. I recently went through it mechanically. I did a carb clean , valve and cam chain tension adjustment, set ignition points and timing, cleaned and adjusted drive chain, oil changed, air filter replaced. Gas tank was not rusty inside. I worked as a motorcycle mechanic for the last 30 years so i did the work right. This atc90 is all original from what i can tell except for 1 handgrip that looks different from the other. All cables are original and work smoothly. fuel lines and tires are original too. Tires seem to be holding air fine but seem to have some flat spotting wich you can tell at higher speed. rear axle bearings have no play nor do the front wheel and steering bearings. Lights work except for low beam, may need a bulb. High and low range trans works fine, trans and clutch are perfect as well. The daytona orange paint is original. I did some touch up on the orange with a small brush . Gas tank has no dents but some major scratching and paint wear on top between gas cap and seat. I repainted the clutch cover and recoil cover with Honda oem color. I repainted frame pieces, chain gaurd, skid plate black. There is some rust pitting on the rear grab bar and throttle kill switch assy chrome. Seat is original but i had to use an epoxy to glue the front bottom seems that were seperating. Overall its a nice looking and great running /driving atc90. Any question please email or you can call me at 262-470-0604. I am located 30 minutes west of Milwaukee Wi for pick up. If you need it shipped, i have some connections to shippers I used in the past to deliver classic motorcycles i have sold. here is a you tube link to see it driving. http://youtu.be/b3UaSrvYHEw
