Purchased from 2cnd owner, all original, 1941 Chevrolet Special Deluxe coupe, original paperwork, from new. This Chevrolet, is mostly original paint, it has had many touch-ups throughout its 72 years. Much mechanical work was done in the mid 90's. Last inspection was in early 70's. All original interior, everything works, needs a heater core,orig dash, upholstery, headliner, one tear in the front seat, even all the dash lights operate, the needle fell off of the speedo, the odometer does work.The body has its share of bumps and bruises, I believe this is Patina. This car is a blast to drive, as its original not restored. The body is very solid, with minor rust through on lower outside cowl, by front doors, floors and trunk are very solid, and original. The original engine runs very well, and you can drive this Chevrolet anywhere. The tires are old so driving a long distance is up to the buyer, all tires are mounted on original rims, including the spare, trunk has all original equipment. Hard to find a mostly original 72 year old car, these days, I had always wanted a 41 Chevrolet, but realize I have just too many cars, my brother and I have collected over 200 cars, and have prided ourselves in many "BARN FINDS". regretfully we are selling them off.
