2009 SMART FORTWO, CABRIOLET CONVERTIBLE, AUTOMATIC, PADDLE SHIFTERS, HEATED SEATS, NAVIGATION, EXCELLENT CONDITION, CARFAX CERTIFIED ONE OWNER,While the output of the 1.0-liter 3-cylinder remains unchanged at 70 bhp, the BRABUS package enhances the car's looks, handling and performance by upgrading the exterior, suspension and gearbox.
The bolder look includes 15-in. front and 17-in. rear wheels, revised front and rear fascias, including a new cutout in the back to accommodate the reworked exhaust system. The BRABUS name is prominently displayed on the nose and tail of the car, and there's a double B logo on the fuel filler door. Brushed aluminum pedals and heated leather seats, are standard, as are power steering and additional dashboard instruments.
The 2009 smart fortwo BRABUS is available in either cabriolet or coupe variations, the latter equipped with a glass panoramic roof, and a choice of two colors, metallic silver or deep black.
Beneath the skin, BRABUS has revised the suspension components to improve the car's handling, while the new exhaust system gives the fortwo a sportier sound. The ride height has also been lowered, which changes the look and dynamics of the vehicle. The BRABUS package also includes upgrades to the 5-speed automated manual transmission to improve shift quality, especially in stop-and-go city traffic.
The 2009 smart fortwo BRABUS starts at $17,990 for the coupe, while the cabriolet has a base sticker price of $20,900.
