This is a short bed 1956 GMC big back window pickup with deluxe chrome trim mounted on a 1978 chevy 1/2 ton frame has 350 with a turbo 350 trans, power steering, power brakes with front disk brakes 10 bolt rear with drums. tilt wheel. Headers with full length dual exhaust, nice old school slotted mags, the tires are fair..Dash looks nice also has very nice reupholstered seat Truck is from Idaho and has very little rust [bottom of front fenders and small amount in back of cab] some dents on body but cab and front end have nice patina and would be a great driver as is. does run and drive! Chrome is much nicer than most I have seen. Motor starts right up and sounds good with good oil pressure trans goes right into gear has crack in front windshield and it should be replaced! drivers window is also broke but comes with a replacement. interior lights do not work but brake, taillights and rear turn signals do. Front parking lights work but needs double sockets for turn signals. Has a wierd weld spot on drivers door see pic Bed is temporary bolted to frame but needs new woodkit I do not know a lot about this truck but have tried to describe it as best as I can Please ask questions before bidding $500.00 nonrefundable deposit due at end of auction Truck and Title will not be released till all funds have cleared.
