NO RESERVE... top bid takes it! Hi, and thanks for checking out this listing for a very nice 2005 Ford Escape XLT. We have been looking to up-size to an SUV with three row seating and since it's the end of the year, we decided to check out the deals on a 2013 Honda Pilot end of year clearance. We ended up getting a good deal and bought new. You can see our new car in the background in some of the pictures. Since we just picked up our new car a few days ago, this Escape is available immediately. For sale is our Ford Escape XLT which has a V6 3.0L engine... it's a 4 X 4... that has automatic locks, windows, cruise control, roof rack, factory alarm, power sunroof, power driver's seat, fog lights, heat, a/c... all working. It has leather throughout. The tires are very nice... bought maybe a year ago and have little wear. We bought this vehicle almost exactly three years ago... right after Christmas 2009. At the time we bought it, it had 89,900 miles... so we've put on about 41,000 miles in the time we've had it. In all, this vehicle is running well and isn't in need of anything to drive it. I feel confident in telling anyone that is looking at a used SUV that you could drive this a long distance and not worry about it making the trip. I have taken many pictures to show the condition. There are a few minor blemishes... a couple of small dots near the driver's side headlight... a very small area of rust in one of the creases near the driver's side tail light (right quarter panel)... something I didn't even notice until I looked really closely. I have taken additional photos that I can send to anyone that wants more. I could only post 24 here on eBay through their system. The mileage is under 131,000 miles, but I listed it at that in case of test drives. Anyone that want's to stop by and check it out please contact me through eBay. You can buy a vehicle just like this one at a dealer and pay $9,000 to $11,000 or you can skip that and save thousands. While I can't give you a warranty, neither will most of those dealers... and the one's that do will add thousands of dollars to the price, not to mention good luck having those extended warranty companies actually honor the warranty you end up paying out the nose for.
