I'm selling my S500 Mercedes which I've owned for 1&1/2 years. and put somewhere around 5 thousand miles on it. Changed 2 lightbulbs and 2 sparkplug coils in that time. Driven daily. Runs great. Transmission shifts smoothly. Really reliable, FAST and comfortable ride. There are several scratches & cosmetic issues. See photos. AC is working, but blows weak. Heater works good. power seats, power roof and CD player/radio all works good. Antenna, inside rearview mirror are not working. Sometimes rear windows get stuck, but will close with a little help. Brakes and tires are good. Using Mobile oil. New cabin filter & air filter added. 2 rusty bubbles. one on DS door and 1 under trunk. (see photos) That's the only rust on the entire vehicle. Non on undercarraige or exhaust system.Windshield has 1 single crack. (see photo) That's how we bought it. It passed safty inspection in MO. It's been back and forth to Chicago several times. I would drive this car anywhere with NO worries. No reserve auction. I think this is worth more in parts than the starting bid, but would be a shame to part out such a great running car. With a little work you can have a nice car to drive, or you can drive it as just like we did.
