2004 Toyota Tacoma TRD extended cab with 4X4 option. Very nice truck, runs and drives excellent. Metallic Gold exterior on tan interior/cloth. The engine is very strong, starts and runs perfect. No hesitation, no leaks and no check engine lights. The manual transmission shifts perfect through all the gears, no grinding. The truck has just had the clutch, master clutch cylinder and slave clutch cylinder replaced with Red Line TRD parts. The interior is clean, no stains, odors or pet hair. Please take a look at the pictures and video for details. The exterior body is in great shape - it has minor nicks, scrapes, dings here and there - nothing hideous or major. Obviously the Tacoma was used as a truck, it is NOT perfect. The truck steers straight, no pulling or steering issues, 4X4 engages as it should. The rear tires look to be new, the two front tires show usage and have approximately 70% thread left. All the power features are fully functional, AC is ice cold - heater is hot. Power windows/doors/mirrors are fully functional. The stereo has been upgraded to an aftermarket High Power Clarion CD with MP3 and WMA capabilities, the OEM speakers have been also upgraded. A new battery was also installed. The truck was purchased by my brother-in-law as a future project, he is an avid Off Road desert racer. Unfortunately a recent (severe) accident has put his and his familys' plans on hold. The family has decided to liquidate the truck and other assets in order to gather some much needed cash for his medical expenses...The truck is currently registered, smogged/emission tested, insured and parked. It comes with a Clean and CLEAR Arizona title (no liens or issues) - the plates are valid until October 2013. The only issues that I have noticed are as follows: The gas gauge is a bit "lazy" in my opinion, but is functional. Once the tank is full/filled up, the gauge shows it as FULL and it stays there for about 40 miles before it starts moving down. At times it stays on Half Full and after a bump in the road it starts moving again. I assume it has some corrosion on the floater, I am not sure if they have any cleaning products that can remove the buildup. Although the truck has power doors - which work from the interior button, the remote itself/FOB does not work. I don't know if it needs a battery or? So to recap: Very nice truck, new clutch, master and slave cylinder. The timing belt was done at 95K. Title in hand, ready to go. You may fly in and drive the car home. Or, you can have it shipped - it is your choice. I will gladly meet you/pick you up at the airport. I expect a paypal deposit in the amount of $300 (non-refundable) at the end of the auction. The deposit is to be received after the auction, not the next day or week. If the deposit is not received, I reserve the right to sell to the next bidder or void the sale. The remaining balance is to be paid within 7 days after the end of the auction. I do have a complete Carfax report, if anyone is interested.
