Here is our opinion on the vehicle:

The Good News:

This 2007 TOYOTA YARIS HATCHBACK IN AWESOME COSMETIC AND MECHANICAL CONDITION, IS THE BEST ONE THAT
WE HAVE HAD IN THE LONG LIST OF PRESTINE VEHICLES THAT WE HAVE HAD. Runs EXTREMELY good and smooth with no unusual squeaks or rattles. This vehicle is very responsive with no unusual noise of any type coming from the
engine or transmission. Very good tires thread readings are as follows: FR 7/32, FL 7/32, RR 7/32, RL 7/32 and the rims are in very good shape. ICE COLD AIR.
EVERYTHING WORKS AS NEW. The vehicle brakes straight with no pulsation or pulling. There is no smoke odor and stills smells new. The interior is immaculate and shows no wear at all. factory mats. The stayfast interior is VERY GOOD COSMETIC CONDITION. The SEATS ARE in as new condition.

Mechanically:
During my test drive nothing negative was found to report here. Drove like a brand new MEAN DRIVING MACHINE.

Cosmetically:
Overall in extremely good cosmetic condition. Always garage kept ONE owner car. The paint is shiny. The rims are flawless with NO ROAD RASH at all.

The Not So Good News: SOME LIGHT PAINT FAIDING ON THE SIDE MIRROR COVERS. A SCRATCH HERE AND THERE BUT NOTHING MAJOR, OTHERWISE FLAWLESS.

On a scale of 1-10 this is defenitely a 9.2! (when compared to other 2007 YARIS HB'S).

• ******Non-Paying Bidders: Please note that a $500 non-refundable deposit is due within 24 hours of the end of the auction from all winning bidders. If you back out of the deal for any reason then this deposit is owed to us to cover our expenses, time, and effort to make this auction possible, as well as holding the vehicle for you for several days. Non-paying bidders who do not initially agree to pay this fee will be sent to a collection service to aid us in retrieving this fee. Failure to pay the deposit will have a negative effect on your credit. Please do not bid unless you are a serious buyer.*************

• Bidding on this auction is a binding contract between ALL bidders and ManyEcars LLC. By participating on this auction, bidding and/or buying all bidders/buyers agree to ALL terms and conditions included herein WHITHOUT exclusions. ALL Bidders are responsible for securing funding to purchase the vehicle prior to the auction ending. Failure to qualify for a loan does not exempt you from owing the required deposit. • FULL PAYMENT is due within 7 (SEVEN) BUSSINESS DAYS after auction ends. FAILURE TO MAKE FULL PAYMENT WITHIN 7 (SEVEN) BUSINNESS DAYS after auction ends will result in an additional administration fee of $10 per day for each additional calendar day past the 7 business day limit.

• All SALES FORMATS INCLUDING RESERVE AND NO RESERVE AUCTIONS, FIXED PRICED AND MAKE AN OFFER sales are subject to a $299 documentary fee and a $59 vehicle service and preparation fee which includes professionally preparing the vehicle, test drive, preparing the vehicle for shipment, checking tires and tapping ALL fluids before shipment and delivery on each sale. this is non negotiable and includes dealers.

• If you are securing financing and your lending institution requires a lien to be filed, the charge is $125.00 to file a lien on your vehicle. This in addition to the prior charges.

• Florida residents pay 6.0% sales tax plus any county surcharge if applicable plus ALL registration/title fees.

• Out-of-State buyers may register and pay applicable taxes in their home state (when shipping the vehicle). Out-of-State buyers that wish to pick up and drive their vehicles from Florida are REQUIRED BY FLORIDA STATE LAW TO PAY Florida sales tax of 6%. Your home state might give you full or partial credit for State Of Florida sales tax paid. Please contact your local tax authority before hand.

• International buyers are responsible for ALL importation taxes, duties and import documents at their home countries.

• This vehicle is being sold AS/IS with no guarantees or warranties written or implied, unless still under the original manufacturer's warranty. It is the customer's duty to make sure the vehicle matches our eBay description. This includes all items and equipment listed in our ad. We cannot be held liable for any description errors (cosmetic or equipment) or mechanical malfunctions AFTER THE VEHICLE LEAVES OUR LOT.
