Vehicle Detail
1967 Chevrolet Impala SS 327 CID Engine Automatic Transmission Factory air conditioned car A True SS Impala!!! ***Up for sale is a 1967 Chevy Impala SS. This car is a true SS and is a factory air condtioned car!!! Very, very RARE!! All the parts are still there also for the air! It is not working now but all there. The car has a clear NC title and is running and driving. VIN - 168877R127504 1= Chevrolet 68= Impala SS w/V-8 engine 87= 2 door sport coupe 7= 1967 R= Arlington, TX assembly plant 127504= Sequential build # ***This car is a nice easy restore project that currently is sitting in nice black primer. The original color on the car was ermine white. Overall pretty good shape. It would need the brakes looked at and maybe a minor tune up but other than that it can be driven daily! The interior is quite nice. The seats are like brand new. The door panels are nice as well as the dash and cluster. The only things it really needs to be sharp is some new carpet, cover the back package tray, and put in a headliner. The dash has some cracks in it but isn't all warped up. It would need a pad though if you wanted a showcar. The exterior of the car is what would need the most attention. The hood, doors, fenders, and trunk deck lid are all awesome and have little to no rust on the outside or inside of them. And the floorpans are excellent. What it does need is to have both bottoms of the quarter panels replaced with patch panels. It will need a windshield also as this one is all cracked up. All the windows roll up and down and as far as I know all the gauges are still in working condition. I have had this car for some time now at my shop, but it has not been on the road except for test drives. But everything is all there and hooked up as it should be with the exception of the chrome that goes along the bottom of the car. It was gone when I got it. Would probably be easiest to just shave it all off anyways and smoothe it out. The rims and tires are just some good rollers that of course did not come with this car from the factory. I do not have the originals or hubcaps. But these would work to keep on the car until after it is painted as rollers. ***IMPORTANT NOTE*** I have a 396 Big Block with 400 automatic trans hooked to it that came out of a 1969 Impala that is available if someone wants to go with a bigger motor. It was running but has been sitting awhile now and I would recommend a rebuild. It is available for the whole setup for an additional $1500. Also, delivery may be available if you are in the area (like within 2-3 hours away at most). We can agree on a price for that if you are closeby...otherwise you will have to pick it up yourself or get a transport company. Thanks for looking and any questions please call!
