This makes it the most desirable of all E36 ///M3 models due to all of the updates and improvements made by BMW both cosmetically and mechanically. It has all of the desirable options which were not available on earlier models:-Sport Package option with the infamous "Vader" seats, including the rare fold-down rear seats with headrests. -Factory "facelift". -17" OEM Contour staggered wheels. -OEM trunk spoiler. -Every option offered, including the upgraded Harmon Kardon sound system. -This car is completely stock and unmolested, except for the following high quality upgrades: (1) Fully adjustable D2 coilover suspension front & rear. (2) Front & rear Racing Dynamics strut bars. (3) X-brace chassis stiffener. (4) Updated glass lens projector headlights with "angel eye" daytime running lights. (5) European (clear) front corner lights, rear taillights, and side markers. (6) aFe air intake system. Dyno proven 12hp gain.(7) Drilled rotors and high performance "dustless" pads. These upgrades do not detract from the car's originality or value. They are tasteful and high quality, which I believe improve the car. -The suspension, for example, makes this car handle AMAZING, yet still retains the ride quality and comfort you expect from BMW. Also, you can adjust the dampening (softer/harder) and the ride height (raise it to stock height or "slam" it to the ground) with the twist of a knob!! -The European lights and updated headlights not only look 100x better, but also drastically improve light output for better night driving. -The aFe air intake system is specifically designed for this car, allowing it to really breath and thus improving the sound and performance of this awesome S52 6cylinder motor. The car is extremely solid, with absolutely no rust. Many new components recently installed, which maintain this car's "like-new" ride. Reinforced subframe and shock towers, new control arms, ball joints, bushings, etc. The car is 15+ years old, and does have 90,xxx miles, so it is not "perfect". There are very minor imperfections that are normal with any used car. Please do not expect a brand new car. That said, the car is super clean in & out. For its age and mileage you will truly be amazed, it is one of the best E36 models I have ever seen or driven.
