1964 Ford Galaxie 500 Convertible, 289 with a 3 Speed Manual. Car has been sitting in dry storeage since 1987. Car appears pretty complete. The underside of the car appears to be in good condition, floor boards and frame look good. The interior of the car is presentable for its age. The exterior sheet metal is decent but will need some rust repair for sure. I have not tried to start the engine. All glass in the car appears very useable. I also have a 64 Galaxie 500 Fastback parts car that has good bumpers, driver door, good hood, trim, glass, etc. A $500 deposit is required within 24 hours of auction close, full payment is required within 7 days of auction close. Car is expected to be picked up within 14 days of auction close, any time beyond that a $5 a day storeage fee will apply. The front fenders have rust but should be repairable. The hood and trunk doesnt show and rust repair will be needed. The driver door has a lot of bondo and rust. The passenger door has some rust but should be useable with some repair. The quarter panels look like they will need some rust repair and patches welded in. Didnt pull everything out of trunk but i think it is decent, maybe some small repairs. The convertible top I have not inspected but the top mechanism is in good condition and not all rusty from my inspection. The top appears decent but plastic window is gone from sitting so long. There may be one piece of trim on the driver door is missing, may be in the trunk. Oh I was mistaken, the mileage is 131000 instead of 113000...
