I purchased this in SC a couple years ago with a bad engine. I replaced the crankshaft, pistons, rings, bearings, camshaft, lifters, oil pump,water pump, smog pump, belt, hoses, seals, gaskets and other misc. parts. It runs good but still needs the crank pulley and balancer replaced. As can be seen in the pictures, it is still a project car although I've been driving it to work regularly. It needs seat covers, carpet and interior work. It needs some body work and paint. also needs weather stripping, driver side light assembly and other things depending on how much restoration is desired. It made a noise when throttle was "floored" either in the transmission or drive-train, but has not done it again with normal driving. As much as I hate to sell it, I don't have a place to work on it nor the time and money to continue the project. It has a nice body kit that makes it different from many of the same year. The mileage shows around 77000, but the odometer is not working so it is actually more than it shows. It is registered in RI, but still has the SC title (RI doesn't title past a certain year) and is located in Phil Campbell, AL presently. It is still a project car and being sold "as is".
