Below is the owners write up on the car.... 1985 Chevy Monte Carlo SS Purchased the vehicle in Feb 2011. Car was completely original down to the carpeting. Plan was to build solid street car with 355cid small block and keeping the existing TH200R with overdrive. Disassembled entire vehicle, replaced/repaired sheet metal rust damage, boxed rear trailing arms, assembled with polyurethane bushings throughout, Power Trax posi unit, lowered 2” in front and 1” in rear, painted with Eastwood single stage urethane GM White with new burgundy interior. Finished car in Aug 2011 and have put about 5000 fun filled miles on . Needs passenger side mirror glass and seat belt retractors. PA inspected and titled. It is a blast to drive!! Will go from PA to Florida with no issues, fine in traffic, no overheating, sounds awesome and rides like a vette. Must sell, girlfriend pregnant… and wife found out!
