Normal 0 false false false EN-US JA X-NONE Hello… up for sale is a 2008 Subaru Outback 2.5i with 5-speed Manual Transmission and Power Sunroof. This car has been meticulously maintained by an anal-retentive Mechanical Engineer and is absolutely in top condition. I am the original owner and the car has 78,500 miles on it. The title is clean and in my possession, there are no liens on it, and all inspections and registrations are current. The car has always been garage-kept, never been in an accident, no speeding tickets, and no moving violations of any kind. There have been no major repairs needed, and all oil and fluid changes and all other regular maintenance have always been done on time. The only thing that’s been changed since it was new is that the tires have been upgraded to top-of-the-line Michelin Primacy MXV4’s. We’ve taken the car on normal family outdoors hiking, biking, camping, skiing, and kayaking trips so there are some normal-wear scratches, specifically on the front passenger wheel-well and the rear driver-side bumper… I’ve taken pictures of these so please zoom-in and see the pictures to make sure you are familiar with these. We absolutely love this car! Especially with a newborn, safety is super-important for us and the Symmetrical All-Wheel Drive and traction-control system are really awesome in the rain or snow. The 170hp Boxer Engine is powerful and set lower than an Inline-4 or V6 found on most other cars, making the Subaru super-stable and ability to tightly hug turns. Most importantly for us, the car has got eight (8) airbags… the driver and passenger fronts, driver and passenger side-impacts, 1st row overhead curtains, and 2nd row overhead curtains! As far as creature-comforts, the Outback is a beautiful Newport Blue with Gray over-stuffed cloth interior. It’s got power-everything, cruise-control, heated seats, passenger occupancy sensor, 6-speaker Satellite and Auxiliary (iPod)-ready sound system, tilt-wheel, 60/40 fold-down rear seats, cargo-bay liner, and a ton of cargo space! The Power Sunroof was installed by the Subaru dealer when we bought the car new and has never had a leak, locked-up in a jam, or any other issues. The car has never been smoked-in, no pets, no major stains, cuts, abrasions, or blemishes and is clean inside and out. On the outside are the 4WD, traction-control, 4-wheel anti-lock disc brakes, heavy-duty independent sport-tuned suspension, limited-slip rear differential, active tire-pressure monitoring system, lock-out security system, heated wiper blades, heated side mirrors, daytime running lamps, fog-lamps, roof-racks, 17” alloy-wheels, etc., etc., etc.… We live in New York City and we average 32 miles per gallon on the highway and 26.4 miles per gallon overall.
