Vehicle Detail
For Sale: This is a very nice Subaru Limited 30th year addition. Recent work/parts added are at 133,066 miles. Two weeks after I bought the car the head gasket blew. I had all of the work done as you can see from the list. I use this as my commuter car and it still needs a few things done to make it a great car. I am selling this car AS-IS. There is a small dent on the passenger rear quarter panel and a few marks/blemishes for a car of this age. Inside is clean and has not been smoked in. The power windows, both sun roofs, heated seats and everything else works with no issues. Work recently done:New Head GasketNew O2 Sensor's Front and Rear ConverterRight Side Cam intake Cam shaft pulleyTiming Cover SealNew water pumpNew Alternator Work that still needs to be completed:Transmission Sensor needs replaced. Shifting is a little off so I had a Subura dealing diagnos the issue and that was the result. Power Steering pump is leaking. Seal needs to be replace but the PS pump itself is fine.Oil Pump/Wrist pin acceess reseal OptionsLeather Heated Front SeatsDual Sun Roof's in perfect working orderAM/FM, Cassette, Single CDAC (blows cold)Heater works great.Dual Air BagsRoof RackAlloy WheelsNew TiresOn Dec-03-12 at 08:48:01 PST, seller added the following information: I am getting many questions on the transmission. Let me say that I would be perfectly comfortable getting into the car and driving to California and back and not think twice about it. The shifting issue is one that is more of a timing issue not a slip issue. Per the Subaru dealer it is perfectly driveable but if I wanted to smooth it out it would take replacing the sensor and that will cost about 450.00 on estimate. If you choose not to fix it and drive it that would be fine also.
