Its only been a little over a year ago, BUT I'm not even going to try to guess. Whatever it is, its not much. I just put 43, 184 as the mileage though. The odometer states 143,184, that's what the car has on it but not the engine. My cousin bought this car a couple years ago from an old man...The old man stated that this was the ACTUAL mileage BUT its not now. My cousin bought a small truck, so I bought this.I don't have a need for it but I was just trying to help him get his truck so, here it is. I have seen others that are nicer but my reserve is lower as well. This car is not perfect BUT it’s a very solid running car.....It has a great running 5.0 L engine, the transmission shifts as it should. It had been in 2 accidents in its life. BOTH TIMES, THE REPAIRS WERE DONE PROFESSIONALLY. The car is structurally sound. The AC blows great but it’s a little warm. It has an updated radio but for some reason it doesn't work....maybe it’s not hooked up. Has an amplifier in the trunk for the radio....The interior looks great.....cosmetically; there are three things inside the car that are damaged.... 1) A small piece of door trim is coming off on the driver’s side door, its minor. 2) The passenger side door arm rest is cracked and coming apart. THIS IS THE ONLY THING IN THE INTERIOR OF THE CAR THAT IS DAMAGED. 3) The speaker area on the dash is missing.Its a small area over the drivers side dash speaker. SEE PICTURES. Now mechanically/electronically/exterior--- 1) The rear window on the driver’s side doesn't go down, may need a new motor. The driver’s window goes down great but needs help coming back up. 2) It has a very small dent on the driver’s side front fender…Its not that noticeable but I will take a picture of it. 3) The sunroof is permanently sealed. 4) The rear antenna is broke off. THIS CAR HAS MANY BUTTONS, GADGETS MOST CARS DON'T HAVE. I CAN SEE WHY THESE CARS WERE THE ONES TO HAVE BACK IN THE DAY. Hell, it has a lot more buttons than MOST modern vehicles. I really don’t know what they all go to. I don’t know much about these cars at all. It runs great BUT you are more than welcome to test drive it and have you mechanic check it out. The engine and the transmission run great! My cousin was the third owner...I know the old man who owned it before my cousin, he maintained this car like no other.....Look at it, I mean its the original 1989 5.0....it looks great, the pictures don't do it any justice at all. Does it have the get up and go?...well NO IT DOESN'T. You have to remember, this car weighs almost 4000lbs. Now if it was in a 2600lb Mustang, you'd be all over the road. I had a Mustang with a 4.6 in it, it was fast enough...a 5.0......well I think that's just too much speed.....that's just my opinion. This car is REAL STEEL, its not fiberglass like the new cars are. Tell you the truth, I'd hate like hell for you to chop up this car but if you win it, do whatever you'd like....this is just my opinion. THIS ENGINE DOESN'T LEAK AT ALL....NOT ONE DROP. It gets pretty good gas mileage AS LONG AS YOU DON'T STOMP ON IT. CHANGE THE OIL RELIGIOUSLY This car runs great & has always been maintained. The car weighs almost 4k which is almost $500 at the scrap yard and the engine/transmission is worth at least $700.....I would seriously hope no one would do this to this car....Its a big car BUT its really nice I have described this vehicle to the very best of my ability.
