Vehicle Detail
1969 Porsche 911T VIN 119122765, engine # 6230570, type 911/52, gearbox # 9153011020P. The car has a clear Washington State title. Currently set up for track days, vintage or club racing. The car has been raced in SCCA and vintage events locally for over 25 years. Tub is very clean and rust free. All the typical rust problem areas such as the front suspension pan, floor pan, rear sway bar mount area, etc. show no signs of rust. Both the front battery boxes have been removed, the right front side has a very nicely made oil cooler with custom fabricated aluminum ducting. The engine type number aligns with a 2.4 liter, however the internals are 2.2 liter factory Porsche parts with "S" cams. With so much of the factory components still in place, it wouldn’t be out of the question to put it back on the street. The factory wiring harness is still installed and has not been cut up. Any connectors or wires not being used have been tied back. The turn signals, wipers, lights, dash gauges, brake lights all still operate. The fuel cell has a level sender built in so it even reads on the stock dash gauge. Stock '69 front and rear brakes in good working condition with bias adjuster mounted under the dash. The factory headliner is in great shape for its age with only minor fading/yellowing at a couple places on the perimeter. The upholstered door panels, rear interior panels and rear window tray panel are in great condition. The face of the dash and the dash pad itself are good except where the speaker grill is. The car has been stored and not used driven for the last 10 years. The fresh engine was installed a few months ago, properly broken in on a chassis dyno and the carbs tuned for optimum performance. Then the entire car was thoroughly race prepped and track tested in a vintage event at Pacific Raceway Sept. 2012 to ensure the engine was in proper working order and all other systems were functioning correctly at full racing speed. The car will need a fresh set of tires but is otherwise race ready today! Normal 0 false false false EN-US X-NONE X-NONE
