I bought this thinking I was going to ride a year ago and only put 75 miles on it… Time to sell. I have new set of Kenda k761 tires to go with it also… This is a nice bike here is the ad the guy used when I bought it… For Sale is a 2000 Honda XR650R, also Known as the "King of Baja". The XR650R is a water cooled 649cc Racing thumper made by Honda to Rule the Baja 1000, and they did. They are known to be a great high speed, open class dirt bike with near bullet proof reliability. This bike has been converted to be street legal is plated with a clear title. I have the bike set up for long range adventure touring and it has performed well for me. With this bike you can ride places many only dream about. I have taken this bike on 1000+ mile adventure rides. Over the spring I completely rebuilt the bike. I have only put about 1500 miles on the bike since the rebuild. I just serviced the bike so it is ready to ride. "This bike is kick start only" usually starts on first or second kick. My 150lb son can start it. Things to the bike since May, 2011 The engine was rebuilt, I checked every wear component to ensure it met Honda specifications for wear.
