This 1954 Packard Hearse was barn/shed stored, since the early 70's when the owner drove home from College in Michigan, engine is stuck from sitting, gas in tank is bad. Broke my "you know what", getting her to roll, one rear brake drum is bad. Excellent frame, floors are still intact, all curved glass is nice, front passenger, and driver door glass are cracked, so are small vent windows, windshield is good. There is rust in the rockers, and the driver's side quarter panel was hit in the Kalamazoo College parking lot by a teacher in 1970. frame is not damaged, there is a replacement tail light. I have the chrome for the left front fender, the quarter molding is missing. Original flooring was removed many years ago, as it had a rear seat installed. Engine is complete, down to correct washer bottle. On Nov-23-12 at 07:56:41 PST, seller added the following information: I have had several questions about a title, I do have a clean title for the Packard, also this car was a couple of tons, so for towing purposes be prepared if you are the winning bidder. It has a reasonable reserve, even as rare as it is. There is a spare rim, all hubcaps, and trim rings are present, and there is a replacement tail-light housing with lenses for the left rear. Frame does not appear to be damaged on rear driver's side. the hit went over the rear bumper. This car is equipped with level-draulic, a Packard leveling system, that is intact as well.
